Inspired by the vision of helping first-generation low-income students attain last-dollar college scholarships, Vida Valiente Winery made its debut in 2021, three years after the first vines in the Vida Valiente Estate were planted. This valiant and ambitious project is the inspiration of two families, the Drumwright’s and the Kaplan’s, who followed their hearts to Napa Valley in pursuit of their dreams and who are now helping others fulfill theirs.

In the town of Fuentenebro, Spain, which is home to approximately 150 people, Bodega Milsetentayseis has set roots and is focused on crafting unique wines from high-altitude old vines. Milsetentayseis translates into “One Thousand Seventy Six”, and is one of the newest projects of Alma Carraovejas.

With over 300 years of tradition and once the property of the esteemed Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, Quinta do Vallado, which was founded in 1716, continues to be one of the pioneering Estates in the Douro Valley. Located near the town of Peso da Régua, on the Corgo River, the Quinta amazingly is still owned by the Ferreira family.

Nicknamed the Hidden Gem of Ribera del Duero, you can find Finca Villacreces tucked away behind a bicentennial pine tree forest on the “Golden Mile” of Ribera del Duero. The beautiful 110-hectare Estate, which is flanked by the famous Duero River and the iconic Bodegas Vega Sicilia, is comprised of 64 hectares planted to vines while the rest includes the winery and a fairytale-like pine tree forest.
